How do I redeem a code?

To redeem a coupon code, you will need the URL that you received along with the code. Please copy the URL into your browser, and you will be taken to a web page that will ask you to create a Britannica account. Alternatively, if you already have a Britannica account, you will need to log in. Once you have created your account, you will be taken to a payment page. On the left- hand side of your screen will be a button labeled “Add Promotion Code.” Click this button, and enter in your coupon code. The total will automatically reduce to the new price once the code is entered. 

If you have any issues redeeming your code, please make sure that you have entered the URL into your browser correctly. The code cannot be redeemed without the corresponding URL. If the URL is entered correctly, yet you are still experiencing issues, or the payment due is not what you expected, please contact customer support at ebcustomerserv@eb.com.
